How do I make a reservation?
Move your mouse over the Resource and Time slot you wish to
reserve and left click your mouse. A window will pop up where
you will enter the desired information. Choosing Practical
Session will give you the option of reserving an Aircraft,
Instructor and or a other Resource (if available). Choosing
Theory Session will allow you to reserve only a Instructor.
Choosing Other Session will allow you to reserve only a Other
Resource (if available).
How do I Delete/Edit a reservation?
In the upper right corner you will see a link that says My
Schedule. Click on that link and you will be taken to a page with
all the reservations you have made. On the righthand side of
the page you can click on Delete or Edit. Or on the left side of
the page under the heading Scheduling you will see a link
named View Schedules. Move your mouse over the resevation
you want to Delete/Edit and choose the button on the pop up
that shows up.
