| Using Veteran's Benefits under the G.I. Bill |
|---|
The Federal Government encourages the men and women who have served our country to train for new job skills through degree programs at a wide variety of schools. One common choice of veterans is to take flying lessons, which will permit them to pursue work as a professional pilot.
Premier Flight Center, LLC in Hartford, Connecticut is “VA Approved” for flight training. Veterans will need to contact their local VA Office to determine their specific benefits since the amount of costs covered varies individually. However, you can be certain that by choosing to learn to fly with Premier, you will receive the professional level of instruction that you deserve and expect through our FAA Approved Part 141 program and our VA Approved status.
Veterans may take advantage of their Benefits under the G.I. Montgomery Bill and under the Post 9/11 Bill. All of Premier Flight Center's programs are eligible for training under these benefits (usually with the exception of the Private Pilot Certificate) and Premier is paid directly by the VA, so you won't have to front the money for your training and await reimbursement.
For additional details about approved flight training programs, you may want to visit the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs web site.
