On an August summer evening in 2011, flight training was brought to an early end because of a fast moving, intense thunderstorm. After securing the airplanes and bemoaning the fact that we couldn't continue flying, Premier Flight Center's instructor John Lampson put on his photo-journalist's cap and began snapping shots of the approaching clouds. |
You may click on each image to view a larger version. After the storm passed, a rainbow formed, which if you look closely, reflected on the pavement on Premier's ramp. |
